We have an immediate need for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop our sale distribution/ distributor to meet and exceed sales target with profitability and to accomplish the company’s growth plan by successfully implementing company sales strategies, excellently executing company sales plans in his /her assigned channels/ accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop modern trade distribution plan to meet and exceed company’s distribution target.
  • Continuously explore opportunities for expanding coverage into new geographical areas and sales channels.
  • Develop and coordinate with marketing for the visibility implementation, activation plan to meet and exceed company’s visibility and sales target.
  • Ensure that sales people and PG are proactively recruited; all Sales Training Program well implemented as well as provide training/ coaching to sales people to improve their skills.
  • Propose and align trade promotions, marketing, pricing, discount and account servicing.
  • Develop and align the full year modern trade plan; quarterly review and update.
  • Manage Company’s relationship with customers with an emphasis on developing new business opportunities. Establish strategic, cross-functional relationships and regular dialogue with key customers.
  • Conduct monthly/ quarterly business meeting and ROI calculating with distributors to review the business, to fix the problem and to discuss about opportunities and to align growth business plan.

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in business schools or relevant.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the same position with white goods or international FMCG company.
  • A proven track record and growth of Sales Manager/ Key Account Manager position with specific record in distributor sales management, retail and distribution.
  • Ability to organize and manage works, must be self-motivated and capable of working independently and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good and effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing and interesting to build and grow in small structured international organization.
  • Excellent in both independent and teamwork environments.
  • Energetic, initiative pro-active, self-driven, result-oriented, solution-oriented.
  • Responsible, high degree of integrity and commitment toward assigned tasks.
  • Must be determinate and sense of responsibility for assigned works.
